TLC Cat Clinic has paired with Neo, a cloud based electronic medical recordkeeping software created by Idexx. Neo allows us to email you invoices, send you email and/or text message appointment reminders and includes an online pet portal. Through the pet portal you can review & edit your and your pet’s information, look up scheduled appointments and appointment history and see reminders for due services. You can also print off invoices of services paid for, vaccination records, vitals, medications prescribed and lab work results.
