Carside Service at TLC Cat Clinic

The safety of our clients and team is of the utmost importance. As an increased safety measure, TLC Cat Clinic will be moving appointments to carside service so we can remain open to treat your companions.

When you arrive at our clinic, please stay in your car and call the clinic to let us know you've arrived. Over the phone, a technician will obtain a history of what is ailing your companion. Then a technician will come to your car to pick up your pet and bring them inside for their appointment. Your pet MUST be in a carrier so they don’t become startled and try to run away.

After the exam is completed, our doctor will call you to discuss recommendations and a treatment plan. A technician will return your pet to you at your car and process credit or debit card payments at your car.

We will be performing similar procedures for surgical check-in and check-outs. If you are visiting us to pick up your pet's food and/or medication, call our clinic and we will bring it out directly to your car.
