Doing Our Part to Slow COVID-19

At TLC Cat Clinic, the health and safety of both you and your feline friend are our top priority. With the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we want our clients to know that we have taken the following precautions to keep everyone safe and to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

These include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces multiple times per day (including doorknobs, handles, light switches, and the bathroom) with hospital grade cleaner that kills COVID-19.
  
• Washing our hands multiple times a day, following CDC recommendations.
• Providing access to hand sanitizer for all clients.
• Implementing a “no handshake rule,” to reduce exposure for the safety of our staff and clients. Spock greetings are always welcome.
  
  

Additionally, our staff will not come to work while sick. However, because we are a small clinic, if our staff does stay home sick, this may impact the number of appointments we can see in a day. We ask that you please be patient with us as we work to take care of all of our patients, clients, and staff.

If you are feeling under the weather or have had exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your friend’s appointment to a time when you are feeling better or after the CDC's mandatory 14 days of quarantine.
